The discussions will take place in the plenary hall of the Nouveau Siècle (headquarters of the Lille Nord-Pas-de Calais National Orchestra) in Lille.
This conference will have a simoultaneous translation in English and in French.
The evening performances, organised in line with the NEXT Performing Arts Festival, will be held in Courtrai and Tournai.

Where to park in Lille :
Lille has street level car parks offering about 20,000 parking spaces as well as several metro car parks in the city centre, in addition to on-street pay-and-display ticket parking.
The rate generally varies between €1.30 to €1.60 an hour, depending on the location.

There are also 7 park-and-ride centres located at key metro stations (Porte d’Arras, Porte des Postes, CHRB Calmette, Saint Philibert, Les Près, Triolo, 4 Cantons), as well as one paid bus parking lots (Champ de Mars), which provide a free ride downtown on the bus 12 upon presentation of your parking voucher.
A free car park for coaches is located on the Boulevard de Leeds (Lille Europe train station).
The coaches can also park on the Champ de Mars (with charge).
Eurotunnel Le Shuttle offers a fast and frequent service from Folkestone to Calais in just 35 minutes and with up to 4 shuttle departures an hour.
Lille is only an hour and a half drive from the Eurotunnel Calais Terminal on the A26 motorway.
